Meade customer service

Just wanted to share my experience with Meade.

Sent a Weaver scope that was acting up to Meade April 7, 2007 with a check for 7.00. Called customer service approx April 20. They answered right away, I asked if they knew anything about my scope, He put me on hold maybe 2 minutes, came back online and told me that they had received the scope but no resolution to the problem yet. Called again 1 May, customer service told me they were sending me a new scope to replace broken one.

Received a new replacement scope 21 May.

For what it's worth I had zero problems with them and feel like they acted in an extremely timely manner.

I never e-mailed them but had no problems getting them on the phone and i wasn't transfered to any other departments.
