new sniper ammo?

There was an article in the Rifleman about powders for the new "sniper" ammo that were very consistant over a wide temperature range. I didn't see them name the powders they tested or the powers they settled on. Does any one have any information on these tests?

Many moons ago, when the Army and Marines were shooting M14s in HiPower Comp. using Fed Match ammo, one was using 4895 in theirs the other branch was using 4064. Looks like the circle has come full circle.
