About Glock's and lead bullets...
Last year a fella at the range had a 17 or 19 (can't remember) and told me he only shoots lead bullets through it which he casts himself.
Said he's shot over 100,000 of them through it and hasn't had to replace a single part on it. He let me shoot a couple mags and not only was it soft shooting, but all bullets went in the same hole at 8 yards effortlessly.
I shot commercial cast bullets through my Walther Q5 which has polygonal rifling like a Glock and had no problems.
I just don't like the taste of lead smoke.
I prefer plated.
