New scale time. Experienced opinions needed.

Well, I'm finally ready to buy an electronic scale. I've narrowed it down to three. The A&D FX120i, A&D EJ-303, and the Creedmoor Sports TRX-925.

It's going to come down to what I can get the best deal on, honestly. I feel I would be happy with any of the three. I do have some questions about the two A&D scales though.

From what I've seen, both A&D scales have the same type mechanism vs the strain gauge on the TRX-925. I know the FX120i will work with the Auto Trickler. It's my understanding that the EJ-303 will not. If I have no plans to use an Auto Trickler, what advantage will the FX120i have over the EJ-303? It seems I could run a new EJ-303 and a Dandy Trickler for the price I could get a FX120i. Just curious as to what the advantage would be of one over the other, leaving the Auto Trickler out of the equation.

Thanks

I’ve owned both the Creedmoor (strain gage scale) as well as the A&D fx120i ( MFR balance) While the Creedmoor is certainly accurate, they are slower and will drift a bit compared to the FX120.
Secondly, the Creedmoor doesn’t not have adjustable leveling feet.
Thirdly, the FX 120 is considerably more robust than its counter part, including the windscreen…

I use a Harrell’s powder thrower and Dandy trickler to build 1000 yard ammo.

Have heard the fx120i has a hybrid magnetic sensor, and responds faster to trickling. And the other kind of strain gauge are slow to respond to trickling.
I had read somewhere where the A&D EJ-303 was a MFR scale like the FX120i, but after looking into it more, I see that it is not. That kind of answers my own question as to what the advantage would be from one to the other.

FX120i ...........
Went down the Rabbit Hole. Pro 250 A&D 123 they worked Ok for a time.
It my opinion they have a short life. For what I spent in the Rabbit Hole could have had a New Barrel.

Buy once cry once.

Yes a V-3 set up is Dandy on top of the FX120i.
