Time for a new scale

I hate to be "that guy" but buy a used 10-10 scale from ebay or any where you can find one. Call Ohuas and gate a new set of agates. Sharpen the knife edges and wipe the scale down with some alcohol to clean off all the dust. use steel wool to shine up the brass dampening blade and you will have a great scale..
Yup! I use a tuned old Ohaus. It works great and I’m “saving the planet “by not using electricity!:eek:

Years ago I bought a tuned Redding from S Parker, and with fine trickling it provided +/-0.05gr when using a Dandy trickler. Regarding scale discussions, especially the auto dispensers, it's funny the quality of the trickling is not often mentioned.
