New Primer Notification Tool

Scratch that..

LRP & SPP are "halfway" deployed.

I need to request an increase to my account limits with Amazon to rent more server space..

Will be fully operational tomorrow.

You will still be able to change and get situated today.

Alright, everything is a go and Zach ( My Partner at Stratalink) Just sent out an email to everyone with picture tutorials on how to change everything over.

Let me know if yall have any questions.

Fantastic! I just add SPP. Sorry I goofed up the subscription and had to cancel, and then saw I could just change it, but I think I got it sorted.

So far I've gained 11,000 primers due to you guys : ) I appreciate it!

Fastest link clicker in all the US right here.

Send pics! I'd love to put them on the site.

I notified the little goof, give me a call and we can get the goofed order refunded and all fixed up.

Just my observation, but I’ve subscribed for about two weeks now and have had a 1/2 dozen or so alerts and zero in stock. On a few, I instantly clicked the link (Brownells CCI 450) and they were already gone. I couldn’t have reacted any quicker.

Not trying dissuade people, but I probably wont go another month.
Totally hear this, Unfortunately its out of our control if their site says in-stock but they one have one or two. Which causes a few false pings.

There are certainly ups and downs, last month was pretty good, this one has been slower.

But as many can attest, when a substantial amount goes in-stock, we let you know.

Do you have any data available as far as if you are getting more pings or less pings? My local gun shop told me that his supplier informed him to not expect any primers for a year.

I have the data, let me try to get it into a visualization and see if we can get a live graph on the site.

I will need to "prune" out all the >1 min notifications.

As explained to me, a friend of mine has a "buybot" app that stores his log in info for Midway, Brownell's, Grafs, Natchez, PV etc and will, instantly, "autobuy" what he specifies. He's purchased SRP, LRP, LPP and others. He has only used it for himself and a few friends - not for mass resale. However, I understand this same app is used by many to instantly buy. Seems to me that this negates "notifications".

We have actually spoke about this topic here before, but due to how payment processing works at the low level, bots that can autobuy do not exist, and those transactions will not go through.

Use of a credit card is designed to be by a person, or preapproved system (that is, like a website that performs recurring billing, and has already been preauthorized)

Payment processor specially have algorithms to detect these non-standard transactions and declined them as they are a risk to the payment processor themselves (lawsuits, chargebacks, etc).

In parallel, their job is to keep businesses safe from online sales, and not receiving the money that was paid.

In another life I developed machine learning solutions to detect anomalies in data, a MAJOR use case of machine learning is making quick, reliable decisions on the authenticity of a credit card transaction based on data provided surrounding it.

I can with reasonable certainty say that these systems do not exist, and most, if not all of them have the goal of stealing your credit card info by giving it a third party, aka "autobuyer".

Please be careful guys.

I was on my computer the second that text went through, I did see in-stock, but only a moment later it was gone.

This specific product on Midsouth seems to be having issues. The 450s.

Would we like to suspend just this one product from midsouth for checking?

I would still leave it in there. It may turn out ok in time

I'd leave it in place, Ben. It's obviously a repetitive problem on the MidSouth end.

Your system is working great. Would much rather see a false positive than for it to fail to alert when they truly do have stock.
