I just sold 1000 Br4s to a guy I just met for $40. He was a really nice member here.
I feel good! I might have made $5 on the deal but I don’t know for sure. I can’t remember what I paid for them, 5 years ago. No sticker on the box.
Look......we help fellow shooters when we can. That’s enough for me.
I have another 1000. Anybody know a stripper? I might go for that!

I have a hard time justifying gouging someone in need. I sold 1K of primers recently to someone for what I paid for them and don't regret it for a minute. I know him and he was in need. I hope he would do the same for me if the shoe was on the other foot. I did put a WTB ad here recently for 30-30 FN or RN bullets. I got several replies and the ones I bought from forum members were all very reasonably priced...no gouging. Thanks for that! IMO its something to remember!!

Checked gun broker today and a case of 5000 CCI 41 primers $1825...that's 36.5 cents EACH! And I though benchrest bullets are expensive.

Saw an auction end a while ago on Gunbroker completed auctions for 1000 CCI small pistol primers with over 20 bids go for $405.00 plus $20.00 shipping. Guess when you need something ya gotta pay up if you didn't stock up.

Joe you just reminded me I have over 1000 Federal Gold Medal Match LRM primers sitting in the way back of my reloading desk. I used to use these when I shot my big magnums. I have trading material.....
