Hey Fellers, been reading everything that I can find online about the new C2 and cannot find out if the handgun setting will allow 0 to 5000 fps like they say or they break it up around 1700 like they do on the on the C1. I've been doing a lot of handgun caliber carbine testing between 12 and 24 hundred fps and the Ç1 drives me nuts having to go from handgun to rifle at 1700 because a lot of the rifle cartridges live right in the middle of the range. My number two son borrowed my C1 last week (which means I have probably seen the last of it) and was thinking about replacing it with the C2, IF it will work in the handgun mode up to at least 2500fps, if not I'll just get another C1 because it's perfect except for the break at 1700....... Hey Feller, I sure would appreciate it if you could let me know how the handgun setting works if you could when you get yours. Thanks JohnI looked at the new Garmin today and will be getting one. Soon a C1 will be for sale.
Two Garmins…. $$$Recent updates to the Garmin C1, and continued with the C2 allow you to use two chronos to generate meaningful BC's for input into your ballistic solver to generate accurate range cards.
What about getting data from the unit to your computer?
