Mine was delivered Sunday but I didn’t make it home until yesterday. Man this thing is small!!! Raining here today but hope to test later in the week. Glad to see someone tested above 4000fps and it worked. That was my main reason to give it a go. Anyone do any testing yet with a fast .17 cal or 20?

204 Ruger is .20 caliber. Would have been 4200 fps out of a 26" barrel but I only had 14".

not owning one and only used one one time I didn’t know how bad the Labradar was until the Garmin came out and people started posting about them and flooded the classified with them for sale

I agree. I had my Labradar for < 1 month. Before I bought it I read up on it a ton, watched YouTube videos on using it, etc.
In the short time I had it, it never missed a shot from my Benjamin Marauder PCP .22 Cal. I put over 200 pellets down range without a miss.
The only reason I made the switch was size of the Garmin and not needing accessories to capture shots. Be it from a PCP, Bow, Rifle, etc.
Labradar was my first love in the Chronograph world.

I’m mostly thinking I don’t want to drop another six hundred bucks.
The Garmin Hero S1 had a less than spectacular beginning. The mission was more challenging, but time will tell.

I question your rubbing one out routine but I ordered mine when it went on sale. I am a real life tester and I didn't even get a questionable discount.

I know mine works every time....ha ha....
I've set it up so many times I can be shooting in under 5 minutes, even with 10' screen spacing.
But setting the new Garmin on the bench & start shooting sure is appealing.
Three of us tested 3 different Garmin chronos at our Tuesday night shoot tonight, to include heads up against a Labradar. The Garmin is the Bees Knees! Picked up every shot, worked from all positions-high, low, sides, behind the shooter. Moved it 4 feet to the left or right to an adjacent bench and it correctly picked up the new bench shooter.
We also shoot under a large concrete baffel and it works perfectly eventhough the Labradar would still struggle with the use of the wired trigger. Garmin is a category killer with this launch. My Labradar is now a paperweight—creative destruction at its best.
