New CA Law Banning Promotion of Guns to Minors

If you take away a generation of shooters, you are that much closer to being able to eliminate guns due to a lack of interest by those still left who care and understand.
The left is on a path to change the constitution and our country over a generation or more. Kind of like the Chinese, who see a 100 year plan instead of just a presidential term.
Global warming is going to kill us all; Guns are bad; Men can give birth to babies if they want; If I call myself a different gender, or different color, or just don't even know, I am normal and you are wrong.
This is a path. Be careful with those you see walking it.

First person shooter games still legal. Action movies still loaded with guns and demonstrations of shooting prowees. Kids are being trained to kill from an early age. What could go wrong when their little pea brains go snap?

We are surrounded individuals and elected officials whose IQ's do not reach above room temperature.

Poor kids won’t be allowed to watch bugs bunny cartoon reruns due to that brutal Elmer Fudd character.
Guess they will have to settle for Barney and his “pals”
I guess The Three Stooges are banned, too. Wayyyy to much violence! But all the shoot’em up games are good. Kids spending 12 hour sessions in non reality worlds, killing multitudes of enemies? That’s OK!

Yeah, can’t watch John Wayne or even the Olympics but I guess “call of duty” is ok??
Are the parents in California subject to fines of $25k for allowing kids to watch “A Christmas story” with that horrid “Red Ryder”

I can't believe this law was actually originally drafted by an attorney.

Imagine that, in order to prevent drunk driving, every car company would be fined $25000 for each instance of promoting a vehicle. And if you made car air fresheners you could be fined too.
Attorneys are the PROBLEM they are reason we are in the despair we are in now, They will find any way and ANY THING to twist and convolute until they are the only counsel.. MONEY MONEY !!! Then the scum become the judges then the politicians then the.............

What organizations in California are most likely to challenge this and win?

Who would you support?

It's long past time to stop telling people to just move out. California has been on the cutting edge of education for about 50 years now. If California did it, within a few years the rest of the Nation would adopt the policies. This is where it's gotten the rest of the Nation.

It's time for the rest of the Nation to just put a stop to Californication of the rest of the country. Just like any other war, better to fight there than at home.
