I used to be one of them. The valley has never been the issue. Split CA up like has been suggested in the past, and CA politics are no longer an issue. Most of the acreage in CA is not populated by people who embrace the policies.

I think the rest of the country and the lawyers involved in this should really take a look at this statement.
When you start fining the film industry and shutting down their scripts because of this law, CA will very quickly understand the stupidity of the path they have chosen.
Edit: Pretty sure that anyone who shows the film "A Christmas Story" would be in violation of the broad interpretation of this new law, as well as how many other films, videos, songs, etc.

At present - and in the same likeness.......these big cities are taking the rest of the nation for a ride. Look at a Red/Blue political map divided via counties and see if the "tail isn't wagging the dog" much like England was "wagging" the colonies.

If the presidential election was determined via popular vote, Los Angeles and New York will pick all the presidents from now on.

History repeats itself if the lessons of history are not learned. Y'all need to start getting ready if you haven't yet. How bad do you want to stay free? How bad do you want your family to be free? I mean REALLY FREE. The way things used to be in this country......50+ years ago or more......at least the things I've read about, because that type of freedom only existed when I was too young to know what it was. Unfortunately the state is flush with cash at the moment with a $100 billion dollar surplus so our idiot governor can do what ever he wants and is making noise about running for president. They obviously put this in place to hurt the 2A community. To extract resources and promote self censorship. So I guess since we actually need to deal with this for the moment that its still in effect how can we use this against them?

Can we compile a ton of infractions of this law made by anti gun institutions and forward these examples to some 2A team lawyers to financially damage the clowns that did this? For the (hopefully) 5 minutes this law is up we could use it to slap the people who made it with a bunch of fines and bog them down in legal battles.

Once it starts to hurt them they may just undo it themselves.

So step one: which people and institutions did this.

Unfortunately, there are two itty bitty dots at the eastern end of the state, one is Omaha, the other is the liberal enclave known as Lincoln. The problem with Omaha is that its electoral votes are separate from those of the rest of the state, so even though the the state as a whole is clearly red, Omaha can still provide electoral votes to the dark [blue] side.
