New bullet for deer

That’s great information. My rifle is a Remington 700 short action. Factory “heavy / bull/ varmint” barrel. Not sure the diameter of barrel but it is a larger size.

Sierra 90g tgk, sierra 85g bthp, , nosler 90/95g hunting BT, these all are about the most perfect bullets for deer, antelope. My go to bullet in .243 is the sierra 90g tipped gameking these days, bout 4-6 less per box vs noslers. In my 6x45s I run the 85 bthp sierras.

The Bullets I ordered arrived today. Ordered September 1.. Arrived September 11...
Nosler Partition: 85 gr...
Now to load up a few and see how they group. Going to started with 36 gr of Varget.. Should be about 3100 fps.. COL says 2.600" but I will try and touch the lands or get close..

I coulda sent you some to try. Thanks never could get them to shoot good enough to suit me.

I loaded up some rounds and shot some of the new Nosler 85 gr bullets..
I shot two groups and the best I could get was ~1.375" at 70 yards.
Any suggestions on what to do? HELP! Please..
I used 36 gr Varget and COL was 2.62"
Should I just buy another bullet and go from there?
thank you..
