Once inflation starts cutting into our fun money and we have to use that money to survive - things will change. Things are headed towards ugly pretty fast. If you don't believe it, talk to some small business owners. If they don't do something about our economy, these new plants will be in trouble without government contracts.

That's the whole point of driving fue,foodl and heating/cooling prices up by CUTTING production and restricting transportation(pipelines and trucking regs). Control the masses until you can isolate problem areas and silence them.

I’ve been looking for .243 ammo for a loooong time. None to be found. I’d like to see a picture of ammo in stock.

Thanks for the link. I’ll see how much shipping is. I reload and can not find 85 gr Nosler partitions (.243) that’s what I’d really like to find / buy.

I just looked at Ammo Inc. website, and called their listed phone number, to which they answered promptly.

I did ask about the offer of components for handloading. Currently they're not offering anything but they're hoping by 2024 to be able to offer component brass.

One more important point, is that they only sell to retailers. No direct consumer sales.

When i started looking at gun stuff there was no internet, so I read shotgun news. Back then I bought a Mak-90 for $239 and an AR was a dream at $750 and $850. Years past and many looking to make big money started making AR rifles and the price started to fall. Now we have a few days ago a PSA AR15 if you buy an upper and a lower and avoid the tax for $360, and AKs are $700 plus. The reason for this is the great panic when many thought Hilary would become president, lots of small AR businesses started up and drove the prices down, and the little guys cut prices to stay in business.. The more of these guys that want to make the big money the sooner they will exceed demand. We got notice that an ammo company was starting a primer plant in Indiantown FL. They may not want to sell components but wait till they are slow on sales and see if it doesn't change their mind. The more of these small guys that want to get rich the better it is for us.. Encourage all your friends to start an ammo business so they can drive down the prices

OH HOORAY!!!! I'm with the others, where are the components coming from? BRASS< PRIMERS< POWDER< BULLETS< which are made of cooper and lead. if the were smart, they would be buying them now, there goes anything reloaders might get.

To my knowledge, not one shovel of dirt has been moved. @Dusty Stevens has an office that overlooks the property, so maybe he can give a construction update.

I don't know a thing about Ammo Inc. But I have tried the AAC brand put out by Palmetto State Armory. I was impressed. They have a 5.56 that appears to be loaded with a 55gr. Vmax and also a 62 grain that appears to be Vmax. I also have, but have not shot, some 75gr Hornady Match, and 77 grain that appears to be Sierra Match King. It was very accurate in a 783 Remington. Less than $10 a box on sale. I imagine the price will go up when they build a following.

Several weeks ago I was talking to a Federal tech support guy and got him talking about the recent acquisition of Remington ammo. I asked him when I was going to see any new production Remington primers available. He said that Remington was having serious issues with their primer manufacturing and that Federal is sending all of their excess primer production to the Remington ammo plant to support ammo assembly.

I suspect we will continue seeing primer supply issues until Remington gets their process straightened out. To me, my first clue regarding Remington primer production coming back up to speed will be the appearance of Federal primers in the marketplace....

I have no idea how anyone can be a non conspiracy person in this world of open conspiracies.

Heck, these people aren't even trying to hide it any more. They just lie. And people forget they lied, just yesterday... but today is today... And there is no conspiracy today.
