Need help with chamber flush system lubricant

Guys need some help here , just finished making up my chamber flush system. I'am using a hydrolic gear pump and a greg tannel BTS for the mussel . What I need to know what type of lubricant to use for chambering. and where to get it from, this way of chambering is new to me. for years I've used the old thread cutting oil and slow speeds. can you suggest cutting speeds.and pressure settings and any tricks you would be willing to share. Thanks, this is an old dog trying to learn a new trick.

Different coolants require different horse power pumps. I use a 3/8" Sherwood 1/2 hp (4.4gpm) releif valve carborated gear head pump. I am running Rustlic 255R mixed 3:1. If I were using a heavy cutting oil I would use a higher horse power pump motor. You might consult with an engineer to dertermine your pumps best capacity. The coolant lubricants in a 5-15 gallon volume is fairly expensive. I preferred to use a semi synthetic chlorine/water based coolant lubricant because it is clean to work with in comparison to heavy fat, sulfer, type coolant lubricant. I talked with the engineers at Rustlic.

A number of folks are using a combination of automatic transmission fluid and Molly D.
