Finished my chamber flush system. Contrary to what I say in the video, I need a higher PSI pump.

I'm not a great videographer, so bear with me. I also said the valves backwards... DOH..

Looks good. Should work fine as is with grooved pilot bushings like JGS uses.

Good install. I don't think you'll need more pressure than that... especially on an open manual machine. You will want to swap those white water lines though.

I found half of a 16oz Mountain Dew bottle, slipped over the reamer, prevents a lot of bathes. YMMV

I like the 2L Mt Dew bottle, but you still have to watch out.

That wasn't the issue - I wanted to see the pressure, but I'm using 1/4 turn valves - a little goes a LONG way... hahaha.
It wasn't THAT big of a mess, I still had my hand on the valve handle. Not sure those clothes will ever be the same though.. Splashed off my carriage and tailstock..

They're supposed to be oil safe... we'll see. Keeping an eye on them. I can get some standard hydraulic hose from Surplus center I guess..

@LVLAaron What did you end up using on your system to replace those hoses?
