Need a Recommendation for Target Stand Set-up for 500 Yard Range

Need something that is very durable to hold 4" - 12" diameter AR500 steel plates. Would like to hold 5 plates on one rack, side by side. This is for a range so it will get much use. Cost is not so much a concern. Any ideas?

3 6 foot sections of 1" galvanized pipe and two 90* elbows. Screw it together and drive the legs 3 feet into the ground alternating sides to keep it close to level and final level when close. Will take some abuse, will rust very slowly, and is cheap to replace as necessary due to gun shot wounds. Very few things will stand up to many hits from 308 Win type energy rounds.

I use these:

If it is for a public range then people try to shoot the legs. So something heavy duty like train tracks will work best.
