Scope Recommendation

Gents,
I'm looking for a scope recommendation that hopefully will not break the bank. Primarily used just for fun "plinking" at steel 500 yards. I would like side parallax adjustment, target turrets, and fast eyepiece focus. I would like to keep it under $400. Thinking max power ~24x range.

I have an old Weaver Superslam 4-20 I really like (Nitrex Brand). Something comparable to this.

Another vote for the Sightron STAC, and Lancexxx.
Used mine for my first F-Open match (600 yards) and still using it for shorter range matches.
For the under/at $400 mark it's hard to beat.

I have the Sightron STAC 4-20 and it's hard to beat for the price. I had an old weaver T16 and there is no comparison the Sightron is far superior.
The other great thing about Sightron is their service is second to none.
