I've used Unique for years and it seems to work well as a case lube. But there is a potential problem
I read about an old home made lube using anhydrous lanolin and automatic transmission fluid. Melt the lanolin over low heat...can't microwave as it is "anhydrous"...without water. Add some transmission fluid...amount varies, and let cool. VERY slick. Downside...have to wipe off cases.Well, I use the homemade Bootleg case lube of liquid lanolin and the red Iso Heet. 12 to 1 mixture. I lay my brass on a cookie sheet with the case mouths toward me, and spray at a low angle. Hits the inside and outside of the case necks, and the outside of the case from the shoulder down. Give the tray some shakes and the brass rolls around to coat the entire outside of the case.
Makes pulling the expander (and I use carbide) back through the neck sooooo smooth. A very smooth sizing action that you don't ever get dents with. I just toss them in some fine corn cob media for 30 minutes in a tumbler to remove all the media.
