Dry vs wet lube

Would wet lube work for inside neck or should you only use dry lube when expanding neck?

I like no lube using a carbide expander mandrel.

The thing with web lube is having to clean it off the inside so that powder doesn't stick to it when charging the cases.

Die wax works fine. Cases should then be anealed before sizing, the wax/lube is gone.

I find a dry lube to be wayyyy less messy. I use the little tubs of Imperial dry neck lube. When they need re-charging I use HBN, since that is what is what my bullets are coated with. Powdered graphite would do. Works great with my XX1 Century neck expanding mandrels.
For blasting, sorry, offhand practice ammo, I'm with @Straightshooter1 , when I use Dillon carbide die sets to save time.

I use lee case lube on a qtip. It dries in seconds and wont harm powder or primer. Prevents bullet weld also
