My Optics Planet order.....

I quit using them a few years ago. They sell items that they don’t have, hoping that they will soon arrive. JMO

It's been at least 8 years since my last order with Optics Planet.

From my experience, they don't know when it will actually ship from the third party. They went through more than a few reschedules/promises. When pressed was when the customer service rep said the product was with a third party and they, Optics Planet, didn't have visibility into the third party's production system.

ME too, I'll never order from them again .To bad because when the opened, they had some good deals on scopes. Then they went down hill over the years.

Add me to the list of those that won’t order from them again. Never answer calls, days to respond to emails, terribly slow shipping, etc… I should’ve known better.

Been about 5 years since I ordered from them. Looks like not much has changed. Red flag for me was during Covid they had everything I wanted in stock, haha!

i just placed a few orders through them over the past 2 months. no issues. in the past they have taken a while on some orders but nothing extreme.

I got lucky, I used them once for something listed as in stock, and got it about a week later. I'm not sure if I would do business with them again though.
