My Labrador

When you treat them as equals the return on investment in the relationship is truly priceless.

Indeed. Lady gave a little trouble as a pup, with chewing and house training. I never raised my voice or my hand. When we got those things taken care of, she never gave me a reason to raise my voice, and I would never hit a dog anyway. One principle that any dog owner needs to know is that you have to be smarter than the dog.

Once I was at home sick with bronchitis. I slept probably 16 or more hours a day. Every time I woke up, Lady was on the floor by my bed. I say a dog that loyal deserved chicken liver gravy on her food at every meal.

We got a 4 year old chocolate lab from a local shelter last year. He has become one of the nicest, loving dogs. After we said yes, that we wanted him. We found out that he was scheduled to be put down the next day from over crowding. We sometimes think that he knows that we saved his life. We already had 3 smaller dogs, and he got along with them right away. He is very gentle and tolerant of the big mouth yorkie. I refer to them a couple different ways. Sometimes I call them Rocky and Bullwinkle, or Spike and Chester from Looney Tunes.

In my experiences the THC does attack cancer cells. The CBD supplements the immune system which is their/our #1 defense system...… unlike radiation and chemo which stress it.

When I first spotted Rev's tumor which was a external pea shape about 3mm in diameter I immediately began topically applying a 71% THC oil and covering it with Hypafix surgical tape. He'd eventually lick the tape off during the day and eat it but it was going into his system. The oil in one week before surgery altered the shape of the tumor and appeared to be slowing it's growth. It definitely captured the vets attention.

Since then (Last December about this time) he has been on morning doses of CBD and evening doses of THC.

The CBD is also good for relaxation, inflammation, and pain relief.

A very close friend was diagnosed with an inoperable Klatskin's tumor in his liver and given 6 months to live. With THC and CBD (RSO treatment/Rick Simpson Oil) he made it 3.5 years. His mistake was not staying on a daily maintenance dosage of THC. First time he went off the THC the cancer came back and he went through the RSO program again, which involves consuming 2ozs of THC oil in 60 days, and suppressed the cancer again. He was under the supervision of the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale for 2.5 years. Sadly he decided against our stern advice to go off the THC maintenance dosing and try an alternative...… the cancer came back with a vengeance and took him down in 3 months. In the end the tumor in the liver wasn't an issue, the cancer was in lymph nodes and lungs.

My experiences and research have lead me to believe there are native resources on the planet that are effective in combating cancer. Problem is the big money 'health' industry players are keeping it suppressed.... IMO.
Where do you find the THC and CBD? A vet?

I'm in Oregon so it's relatively easy to get THC over the counter at dispensaries in 1 gram syringes. Currently Vets cannot recommend THC or they will get their license to practice revoked. I believe CBD is OK for them to recommend.

This is the THC I get locally https://www.siskiyousungrown.com/ it varies in potency, the current batch I have is 71.1% THC which is very strong! The weaker batches are 55%. Keep in mind a dog's sensitivity is 10+ times that of a human. With the 71% I try to dose 1/200 of a gram, if you're familiar with a diabetic syringe they are divided into 100ths so trying to give half of that is real a challenge. The THC oil is very thick, I use a Yeti tumbler and an InstaHot to keep the oil somewhat fluid.

For the CDB I use 25% Active Gold from discovercbd.com, we've been using this for our Autistic child and ourselves for 3+ years now. Good product. The dog gets 1/100th of a gram and the child gets 2-3 100ths of a gram.

For the dog I use pieces of his kibble and apply a dose to one piece of kibble, doing about 60 at a time. For the child we purchase gel caps from Amazon. For myself I just put some on my finger and wipe it under my tongue.

CDB is a very good product for stress, pain, joint stiffness, and sleep. Our Lab was dealing with stiff joints prior to the cancer and the CBD has him moving like he's 5 years old again.

You make it!
Decarboxilate your greens in the oven 240° for a half hour to 45 minutes.
Use a pyrex baking dish covered with foil.
Add soy lecithin as a binder to activate in the system.
Also Google Rick Simpson oil.
Or you can call me and I'll walk you through it. It takes about 6-8 hours to make.

Sounds good, maybe go over it when we get together one day
