MO F-Class State Championship July 9-10, 2016

I should be making the 1100 mile road trip again this year! Awesome range and some of the nicest people out that way!

That is awesome Frank that you put that much effort into being a part of this match. I'm inspired to redouble my efforts when I see this. I will expand on the frogs and hushpuppies to include other fish species and recipes. I want to remind you shooters about the course of fire your about to get involved in. Prepare for endurance so you get through this in good shape, such as a snacks and drinks for your pit duty. Recharge your batteries when you can. It's a hustle match and goes quicker than most 60 shot matches but not a rush deal, just organized well.

Mike, let me know what I can bring to help out. I'll see if I can talk my little wife into making a dessert, as any other kind of vittles would be hard to tote 605 miles, according to google maps.

I've never shot a 80 round match, can't wait!

I'm really looking forward to meeting you Dean! 2 days of 80 is quite the test of a Fclass shooter. The line boss, Chris Strannigan tells me that they shot 5x20 back in the day so this is easy too them. Lol.

Could a few people bring some tables for the food and cooking? Those things were scarce the last couple fry's. I'm gonna hammer some bass for this one! Now that I have a excuse! Lol.

Mike (or anyone) do you know anyone local that would be willing to pull targets both days (with pay of course),for a gentleman I would like to bring? He is in his 70's and can pull his own weight except for target pulling duties. Thanks.

norm, you might message ryan.... I know that club has junior shooters,,,, they might want to make a little money, and would have pulling experience.

Nice!!! Thank you men...I will make sure he is very well taken care of.

This gentleman has been my friend for 30 years and taught me almost everything I know about reloading...and I promise ya he didn't have much to work with.

This means a lot to me to be able in some small sort of way to carry him to as many shoots as he cares to or is able to make. Thank yall very much for letting that happen!!

Caught a good mess of fish today! Big bluegill and fat bass. I only keep fish from a healthy environment so these will eat good! I'm going again early in the morning to get this job done. Well, I might go some more after tomorrow. Lol

Norm, glad for Travis on the job, he is a problem solver! Good man right there, and our frog chef btw!!

Update: went to a honey spot this morning and sacked up a cooler full.

Ultimate sacrifice staying out on the river late and catching them fish. Kudos brother. Kidding. Seriously, appreciate the effort. I have to get off my ass and load some ammo. Gonna be a great match.

I think your on to me now Russell, Lol. I have missed too many fishing trips over the last few years so this is a good reason to get out there. Ryan helped me for years when the shoes were on the other feet so I am glad to find a fun job for the match! Anybody out there ever eat whole crappie scaled? Well,, your about to!! All the flavor in pan fish is in the skin and fin's. Yeah the fin's , hold your nose and take a lick. Lol The crispy tips are delicious!! We lost a few things with technology and even the electric fillet knife!!

Great Ryan! I've won something at both the matches so far! I need that barrel for sure! Lol. I'm a little concerned about what the Arky's are up to, especially that Laney guy. Lol. Are you Arky's ready to rumble?
