Your best bet is to buy a set of check weights...Like the rcbs deluxe version or whatever works ...

260.9 grains. That value should be stamped into the check weight.

Thanhs Scott,mine has green numbers and I see some has black,are there any difference in the two?

Its not a check weight, it is used to put on the pointer end of the beam to expand the weighing capacity of the scale, I believe up to 500grains if I remember right.
