So, after testing LT32 against some of my known loads I would say it is maybe a little slower than expected. Very close to N133, not nearly as fast as H322, maybe a tick slower than the new AA2015. Very smooth and forgiving. Not peaky at all. Burns pretty clean, not as clean as N133 (which might be the cleanest burning powder in the world when it is running good) but it burns very clean and the carbon comes out really easy. The carbon is very DARK not ashy at all.
Here is my thought, if anyone has any influence like @BartsBullets. If LT-32 is "fast batch" of Mil spec old 8208 and this powder is run on that machine, can they run a SLOW batch of this powder and make it close to H4895? The kernel size is INSANE small and so easy to meter. If you could tweak it to be a grain slower you might have the greatest 4895 substitute ever made.
