Low velocities with 6.5 Creedmoor

I’ve been loading 6.5 Creedmoor with srp brass and have been getting low velocities even at higher loads.

Peterson Brass SRP
CCI BR4
140gr SMK
Accurate 4350 (41.8gr)
Averaging 2205fps

Have anyone encountered similar results?
Will LRP brass help?

I only tried it one time in my 6 CM. Velocity was in line with what I expected, but the cases were filthy. And I was over 3,000 fps on the higher loading so I didn't have that much room to increase powder to see if that would clean up the cases.

At the lower end I’m getting only getting 2000s fps
Something is definitely not right with these velocities.
I wish I had more to offer however without being there and getting to see it in person, it is difficult.

I am using the same bullet and H4350 at 42grs and getting 2600+fps.

I'm loading 42.0 grains of H4350 into Alpha SRP brass with GMM205 primers and Berger 140 grain VLD through a 26" barrel and getting 2775 fps and that is far from max in my rifle. I would think maybe the chrono needs calibrating or change powder. I've never loaded AA4350, sounds like @Txhillbilly may have the experience with it.

Petterson brass is the problem, with my experience, it's just too thick. I get my best velocities with Lapua and Starline SRP brass.
AA4350 also won't get as high velocities in the 6.5 CM as H4350, RL16 or RL17 will. I've been shooting the 6.5 CM since 2009 and have tried many types of powder / brass with them.
I have no such issues with my Peterson brass.
