So much bad information.
There's one point up die for a run/lot of bullets. That run could be several million in number. Boattail punches wear/break and have to be freshened up. Jacket lots may change during a run. Jacket lube can vary and affect ogive to base lengths. I'm not privy to exactly how they differentiate lots but compared to 20 years ago they are doing a much much better job.
If you want perfect bullets get a set of dies, some jackets, lead wire, three presses, misc equipment and make your own. YMMV
