Looking for input on Roy Hunter Custom 6mm bullets

Wow!

Great shooting!
Thanks Terry. I see you've been doing pretty damn good yourself down south. Hope you guys can come to Bridgeville next month for the two days shoot. I think I'm going to try Roy's 108 for that shoot. I'm out of the 106. I'm sure they'll shoot just as well!!

Talked with Roy on Saturday. He spoke of how well the 103's were shooting. Then he told me he may not be doing much more with the 108's.

Better you hear it from him.

I just got some of Roy's 103's to try in my new dasher build. 31.6 grn of varget produced 3011 fps with a 3fps std dev and an extreme spread of 10fps on a 9 shot string from my 28in. Krieger 8 twist barrel. Here's a pic of two 3 shot groups at 100yd. The top group jammed .012 measured .125 The bottom group jammed .014 measured .009. Higher loads started to open up. Going to try going to 31.4 and 31.2Hunter 103 test 31.6.JPG just to see what happens. Needless to say I like what I see and I've ordered another thousand. Roy's a pleasure to talk to. He said new production will have slightly smaller tips but shoot the same at the original lots. I'm looking forward to shooting these this year in the Columbus Wi IBS matches.

Shot with Roy yesterday and seen his bullets in action, definitely recommend getting some. I also heard that they did very well in 4 different states all day long yesterday!

Welcome Stan

Oh...those were Roy's bullets on that target. Yeah!

I shot well with his 108's. The thing was he stopped making them. Yes, he told me his 106's were just as good. I just did not feel like tuning for another bullet with only 1/2 a barrel life left so I went cheap with Berger 108's.

Roy's are good bullets and so is Roy Hunter.

Roys bullets did well at the GBA nationals last weekend.

The shooters that took first in group for light and heavy class were both using them.

They are certainly some good working bullets.

I think hes got some fancy t shirts now too lol
