I would like to thank everyone, especially Bill K for all his detailed help. I found out I was cutting my brass too short, luckily I was forming only ten at any given time, 222 is hard to come by so I am using LC 556 (free to me) brass to make my 22 VTT. So hopefully the loads I’ve put together will be promising.

No the VTT uses the 222 as its parent case but TK does his push the shoulder back to lengthen the neck and squares the shoulder off from 23 to a 30 degrees. Kinda like his VT the VTT really has no case capacity advantage over its parent case just retains the neck length but with a 30 instead of 23 degree shoulder.

The Vartarg Turbo family actually shortens the 222 case length and the neck by approximately 0.1 inches. In 20 caliber,the 20 VTT case has approx 5% greater case capacity than the 20-222.
