Load Data Needed For 22-6mmAI. QuickLOAD Data Appreciated!

As the title states, I am in need of load data for a 22-6mmAI.

Suggestions for useful powder or where I can find load data would be helpful.

I know barrel length comes into play when dealing with very slow powders,(longer being able to burn more of a slower powder) and this will be built with a 27" barrel if that is of any help.

And if someone who has QuickLOAD could see if it has any data on this round, that would be appreciated as well.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Kenny -

What twist, and what bullet do you think you'd like to shoot ?

Yellow bullets, or Moly ( etc ) ?

Thanks 357, I knew I was forgetting something!

It will be a 1-14 twist for light stuff, 55grs and lighter.

I don't normally shoot moly, but I may give it a go this time. Not sure yet on that one though.

Kenny, try emailing Berger bullets. Walt has the Quickload Data set up. Tell him you are using 55 grain Berger match bullets in the 22-6MMAI. I have emailed him a few times, and he is quick to get back to you with info. Tell him your barrel length, caliber etc. bergerltd@aol.com

Interesting caliber. I love the overbore 22 cals. My new .220 Weatherby Rocket will be done next week. 29.25 inch Krieger barrel. Xmas is early this year. ;D
