Here's a good Pistol competition forum. Mainly USPSA related, but has a really good reloading section.

Montana Gold makes good bullets, and so does Precision Delta. But depending on your accuracy needs they may not be good enough. I can't get them to shoot inside 4-5 inches at 50 yards, where Zero JHP and Hornady XTP or HAP shoot less than 2 inches for me.

What pistol are you shooting and at what distance? How accurate does it need to be?

Zero, Hornady and Sierra make excellent and very accurate pistol bullets.
