Lilja 3 groove

I have a 6 BR Lilja 3 Groove 27", 12T, Zero freebore, it is a very accurate barrel with the top end load with the 55g Noslers at 3900, use a Harrells die to size every firing, with 3/4" groups at 300 when the wind is not howling. 60g Sierra, 65g V max, 70g Sierra Blitz kings are all very, very accurate in this 3 Groove Lilja.
I am shooting AA2230 and H335 With Rem 7 1/2's with all the bullet weights above.

I have a 6 Dasher, with a 3 Groove, 8T, but have not shot it enough to comment on it.

I ordered a few Lilja barrels from @Hoodoo on March 11th. One of them is a 6mm 8 twist that I told him was to be for a 6BR. I asked him to make me whatever rifling he recommended. They shipped today, so I’ll know soon (little over 4 months). It will be a while before I chamber them, but I have no doubt they’ll shoot.

I know it’s not a 6BR or variant, but I have a Lilja 3 groove 8 twist on my 243 Winchester varmint rifle. It’s been extremely accurate and hasn’t been hard to find a load in with any bullet or powder.

I won 600 Vaportrail HG with a new 4 groove Lilja last Saturday. Had 70 rounds on it going in. Pretty sure LG was won with one on Sunday. I think Huffman was shooting a 4 groove Lilja for the Rendezvous
The 4 groove Lilja is my personal favorite though when I had Carson grind a 4 groove button I also had him grind a 5 groove traditional land groove version “non radius land “ as well in 8 twist I have had success with that version as well. If guys want to try the 5 groove Carson will know the button have him spin you up one..

I only have one Lilja 3 groove. It’s a 1:8 6mm barrel.

It took a few rounds to settle down and stop fouling (maybe 40-50) and now it simply doesn’t foul at all.

Load development was very easy and very forgiving. I may purchase another.

I can always give him a holler.
He told me that deep creek tracker you built for him is a keeper.
We're gonna make her shiny this winter.
They have come to a agreement on how to get the most out of a day Lol platform is working real nice . Dave built that Rifle with the Rendezvous at the center of his pursuit.. Dammed if it didn’t work out

What configuration did you shoot at Elbow Lake and the Rendezvous??
I'm running a 3 groove on my LG and it's been competitive but has not won anything to date. If I'm being honest I probably didn't devote the time to put as much effort into it as I did the Hawk Hill on the Panda. The HH won HG Sunday at Elbow Lake was in the top 3 Saturday and the Lilja & HH combined were second in 2 gun both days.
My smallest group and 4 target agg came from a 3 groove in 2019. A .865 group and a 1.788 agg

That same barrel's last 4 targets at the 2019
nationals (600) were all 1"ers in spite of my inexperience LOL
I also shot it at the 2020 (600) nationals and did pretty decent there.
This barrel is in the safe with about 900 rounds

I was shooting the Panda HH at the Rendevouz. It had about 1050 rounds on it after the match.
I'm working up a 3 groove Lilja for it now.
