twist and groove?

I am about to order a barrel for a 6 dasher, Im going with an X Caliber barrel and they offer it in a
1-7 5r groove , a 1-7 6 groove, 1-7.75 3 groove, and 1-8 6 or 3 groove
Im a bit confused i plan on trying the 105 stuff first but those 110 SMK are sexy
Any advice from the more knowledgeable is appreciated.

Im currently leaning towards the 1-7.75 3 groove

I'll be happy to let you know something in a few weeks. I'm chambering a Dasher in. 1:7 Krieger, just waiting for my reamer. Guess I picked the wrong time of year to order a reamer.
