Leupold Scope Repair Options?

Pretty sure that Leupold’s custom shop is closed right now. I think that is temporary.
 
I send all my Leupolds to Leupold. Contact em vis email. Never been charged yet. All mine were inspections and repairs ..
 
Dave, I have converted the 36x BR models to a glass etched .0002 crosshair that I get from Klarman Rulings. You do have to check the brass reticle carrier up and machine a counterbore in it to accept the round glass, which is simply glued in.

the problem with those is despite my best efforts, I cannot get every last little spec of dust off of the glass. That never bothered me, but others could not abide it.

It is amazing how a spec of dust that you can’t even see with the naked eye looks like a boulder after you install the reticle.

Aside from that, contacting Ackerman is your best bet.

Cheryl Ackerman it is. Bill did the mod with mil dots that is in it and I plan on changing it back.
