In the middle of my first build. Should get the barrel and action back from krieger around late august early sept. will be sure to post it here when i get it finished so you guys can check it out

I actually had this built last year but do to a torn bicep and a major kitchen remodel I only had it out one time and barely even worked up a load so I'm kinda counting on it for this year along with another one in the works but that one probably wont be finished in time.

Thanks! I wanted an XBR in 222 since 1975, so I "made" one. Just moved it from an Annie McMillan into the rangemaster stock. A bit long on fore-end, since the barrel is 20 inches, but my girl loves it. Caught her reading Sinclair's Precision handloading book, 75 pages in...so when she confessed she really wanted to learn more and be a shooter, well, it was time to get the 22PPC and get the 222 set up for her...she is a lefty. The PPC has much history. One of 31 ever made by a smith who taught Ed Shilen, helped Mike Walker, worked on buttns for Harts. Gun allegedly was owned by Fred Sinclair, stocked by Hollister. It was purchased by an elderly friend who was friends with the original designer and given to my daughter, just to encourage her to shoot. More research in the works...but it shoots GREAT!
