Tang safety M77 ultralight '06.

Had it about a week and #4 son claimed it. Took a cpl deer in some pretty nasty hunting conditions,camping and hiking in.He's moved into some preemo black bear country and is getting a cheap 308 to bang around. He kept the straight 6 scope.

I've been cleaning it up a bit,and snagged a heckuva nice,thin reticle 5 star Redfield,
1-4X20. Shoots Lee 309-150F backed up with H4895 into bottle caps @50 yds with uncanny frequency. Lite,easy on the shoulder walk around gun.

I really like these 77s the more I look at them, they made a limited run in 275 rigby in 17’ and if I ever find one for sale it will be mine

Appears to have carbon buildup in the muzzle....a cleaning rod from the chamber end should remove it.

A couple .17MIV's. Top one is a Sako AI, Sako match trigger, 23" PacNor 1st gen .17 barrel (1998). PacNor stopped making .17's for a few years, then started doing them again. Has 10 twist, .192"nk. which actually works well for a small .172 bullet. Very accurate and fast with 2230 powder and you barely feel it go off. Pentax Lightseeker 6-24.

Sako AI, 23" Lilja, .197"nk, lighter barrel than the other gun. Nikon Monarch 6.5-20

It is. I didn't build it though. Bought it about 12-13yrs ago unscoped with a fluted 22BR. barrel. It was really good barrel with a real wonky chamber, needed to be set back and rechambered. Finally sent the barrel to a gunsmith who did me a 6BRX replacement and I just got it back together again. Haven't shot it yet.

First one is a 300 Norma Improved on a Kelby Atlas action, Proof 9 twist, McMillan Game Warden , Bix & Andy trigger, topped with a 5.5-22 x 50 Nightforce.

Second one is a 6x47 Lapua built on a Kelby Atlas action, Proof sendaro light barrel, Manners EH8 stock, Bix & Andy trigger, has a Nightforce on it for now but have a new Vortex Razor 3-15 x 42 HD LHT coming for it.

Just over 10.5 lbs as it sits.

I went with N570 pushing the 215 Berger 3150. H1000 shot good too but I couldn't get the same speed as the N570.

Another 6BRX. Rem. 700, single shot block. McMmillan 40x stock. Near new ex-benchrest barrel 23" long, same chamber as the laminated gun. Those are PacNor remage barrel nuts bought some years ago, I like their extra length. Also has a 20" long 3-groove BRA barrel. Scope is 6-24 Burris Signature, Signature Zee rings.
