Losing a close friend is never easy. Only knew him through his post which were informative and well written.
58 years old is far too young for a good man to be taken from his friends and family.

I'm going to miss Donovan. He was always helpful and more than willing to share his considerable knowledge. A thoughtful, intelligent and caring man. We are diminished with his passing.

So sorry to hear this, we had several nice exchanges when I first started to shoot a BRA. As was stated 58 is way to young sorry for your loss Tom. I know our ranks have been diminished. RIP Donovan.

Too bad. It is a loss to the forum. He was one guy who you could "bank" on his advice and input.

I had quite a few exchanges with him through pm's, more than on the forum itself, because he was a no BS kind of guy who had qualities that are becoming all too rare.

Amen to, THAT,. I've always respected, Donovan's very, Knowledgeable,.. Opinions !
He was one of the Guys that, you could "count on" for, a Truthful answer,.. to any, question.
Yup,. He will BE,.. missed !

Donovan, you will be missed . Always enjoyed your company at deep creek. Especially your setup you had in the score shack last year when you would load ammo in there . Your computer programs you used for load development that you showed me were amazing! You were too young to have your name go on the wall with the other great people that we lost at our club . 58 is young, too young. We never know when we get called home. In 2022 I was talking to my best friend and cousin late one night in May, next day I was out fishing for Bonefish on Molokai when I got the call. I was stunned and feel for those family and friends associated with Donovan.
