Back when we had reserve pits on drilling rigs it became mandatory to criss cross those ropes with the flags every couple feet back and forth over the pit to discourage birds from landing in them.
Wind energy and obviously lithium mining aren't burdened with the same rules.
If such a snack box was sold at a resort on Hawai'i, it would cost $200.
