Some stuff can be bought from grizzly.
I bought a couple parts for my Jet from there.

"Used" parts will be most difficult to find.
Central is a brand carried by Harbor Freight, perhaps they can provide a source for spare parts.
Lots of Chinese machines come from the same factory, change paint color, slap different labels on and presto...you have a different brand of the exact same item. Grizzly may be an option.
