I am a dasher BELIEVER 
--- I only use what I think has the best chance of winning. I have no emotional favorites and I am not a contrarian that looks to use and defend something different just to go against the grain.
I already have a 6BRA reamer in hand too and the next Krieger barrel is gonna get that stuck in it. Just waiting for a new Wheeler / McMillan LRB stock and I'll be making some noise with it.

I was untill I built one. Right now I wouldn't give you a plug nickel for a truck load of them. If I decide to shoot centerfire again,it will be with a bra.Im a dasher lover too! Its my second favorite round ever
I would suggest, that the biggest difference, other than between the shooter's ears; is a hummer barrel VS a good one.

Agreed, it really is all about the barrels. All else being equal.

I have both a brx and a dasher, working on multiple barrels on both platforms. Which one shoots better? The one with the better barrel...last set it was the dasher, this set it's the brx.
I'm sure the bra is a great round. What I find funny is everyone acting like it's some new medicine that will cure suckiness. It won't and it won't read the wind for you. The first thing the shooting community does to any round is AI it...the bra had been around since the 6br. A few here resurrect it and get everyone to buy a new barrel, new reamers and new dies...my question is do they laugh at nite before they go to sleep?
Disclaimer - I'm not a follower and I ain't from Missouri but you have to show me something. My guess is the guys who win with a bra would win with any improved 6br.

AAB, stick with one short 6mm cartridge and hummers just reinforce your good judgment.
Switching from one just increases the clutter in your reloading room, and drains your wallet. The extra dies, brass, and a reamer would have paid for your next barrel...

Plus you can set your Dasher barrel back .100 and run a bra reamers in it. That's what I plan on doing.
Bart told me what the Dasher would do. I was too hard headed to listen to him. They should rename the Dasher to flipper.
How so? I get the seater. How would I FL size a BRA with a Dasher FL sizer?
Shorten the Dasher die .080.

It would be interesting to see the majority of the top shooters agg it out for a year with the straight BR..

I guess its like anything else, its not if you need a BRA, more if you want one. Nowadays you don't "need" a BRA, but you might be one of those people that want one.
Look at what Victoria Secret has done reinventing the BRA, year after year, good for them, check their financials lately?
Knowing that barrel life is a myth at the top end of any of these competitive shooting events, the whole bbl life part of the argument goes out the window.
So it really gets down to what do you want, want to try, how much do you want to spend playing. fiddle factor. They all work well, as good as each other, in any category of evaluation.
Your results may vary.

There is nothing to sell. It is not proprietary. The 6BR 40degree is the result of people's quest for the best possible cartridge for their intentions. If you don't want to give it a go then don't. Any enmity towards this "experiment" is silly. The feeling is subjective but the results are objective. Obviously.
Sounds like LAPUA better come out with BRA brass instead Dasher, seam everyone is switching! I guess the only true test is to see which one wins the most matches this year we sure have enough of both. Oh and I think the Nationals and World Open, and Global Match, were everyone is on the same playing field should count for something. Barrels and Bullets guys.
