Ultimately I guess it’s all what the individual shooter feels comfortable with. Dashers require a lot of time for case preparation. Some top benchrest shooters prefer to have control over their finished product. BRA shooters like that they don’t have to spend as much time on brass. There are so many other variables that come into play in shooting extremely small groups at 1000yds I would have to write a book. But for the official record, if you follow Williamsport, for the past 2 years the small group of the year fell to a Dasher. One light gun and one heavy. Both in the 3’s.
