I hope that happens. We are expecting 6BR brass about the end of August 2024. Our apologies to all for the delay and inconvenience.
Anybody that would charge you that much is NOT YOUR FRIEND!!Worth $220 a box today in the Classified??
Yep, I was just really stating the absurdity of it.Anybody that would charge you that much is NOT YOUR FRIEND!!
When Lapua was hard to come by, Norma filled the gap. A little more expensive at the time but DAMN good brass.![]()

nobody is screwing anybody over. its just supply and demand. most of us have been on both sides of the transaction at different times. to me it kind of all evens out over time if we are lucky. No one is forcing anyone to buy something. the buyers set the price- the seller decides if it is acceptable to him.I don’t know. I think someone selling at cheap price is either in a bind or not making a smart move. Someone screwing someone over is a Crook.
The value of an item will always be what a willing buyer is willing to pay to a wiling seller. No question.nobody is screwing anybody over. its just supply and demand. most of us have been on both sides of the transaction at different times. to me it kind of all evens out over time if we are lucky. It will even out all right if Lapua takes this philosophy and starts charging these exorbitant prices right out of the gate.nobody is screwing anybody over. its just supply and demand. most of us have been on both sides of the transaction at different times. to me it kind of all evens out over time if we are lucky. All my 6BRA is Alpha brass. The stuff shoots very well. A bunch of it’s loaded ready to go now. Put a caliper on the neck of a loaded round and twist the case, the needle sits right on .268” and move even tiny bit. Nothing. Did this many times. Same diameter at both ends of the neck, same neck thickness consistentcy. I also made up a dozen Alpha Dasher brass to fireform into BRX, same thing. Haven’t shot it yet but soon.Yeah, and only on one side![]()

Problem is it does not jive well with certain 6BRA reamer prints. Can’t shoot velocity most do and feels over pressure very early at lower than normal charges. Other than that it’s good brassAll my 6BRA is Alpha brass. The stuff shoots very well. A bunch of it’s loaded ready to go now.
