Thanks, I will give an early AM Call a try, I usually call in the evening as I am in central time zone and I can get home to be in front of the machine.

Okay, I'll pile on the wonderfulness of RCBS too 
! I've called them several times with issues I've had: 1) I lost spring from the indexing ball of my Pro2000 press; 2) I broke part in my hand primer and 3) I broke the Pro2000 jesus nut (the one that anchors the shell holder plate).
They sent the parts immediately and were very courteous. They would not accept payment, though I was pretty insistant.
Nobody does customer service better.
