Just Blind Beginners Luck!!!

Boys,

I killed another coyote the night before last. I have got to tell you, this ranks right up there with my son in law getting a job.

I just love shooting coyotes. I was using my new Foxpro and my brand new very expensive new decoy
,I have about $0.07 in my decoy)

It was right dusk, very first time that the new Foxpro FX3 has been used. In fact when the beast came up, it shocked the heck out of me. I was trying to figure out some things about the new toy, did not have my reading glasses on, so I was trying to read the sound selections on the back of the controller. When I glanced up, there was a song dog at my decoy, a turkey wing feather on a string tied to a stick stuck in the ground...)

The dog was crouched down in the high grass in the bottom of a food plot close the a creek.

Ons shot one kill....God this night hunting trip to Texas has just ruined my life... I can't work,I can't eat, I can't sleep, all I want to do is shoot coyotes.

A name of a good shrink might help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You don't need a shrink, you just need more varmint rifles.
That and that alone will cure your problem :)

Preacher,

I knew that I could count on you my friend for some really sound advice..

Gosh, I love shooting them...I haven't gotten buck fever in 25 years, until I started shooting coyotes and cats in Texas..two weeks ago....

Chuck.

Chuck,

Wait until you get a double or triple in one stand. You thought you had buck fever before, it gets real fun with multiple targets!

Steve

PS: There is no cure for dog hunting.

BigJim,

I was using a CZ American. 39 grain Sierras with Varget, Hornady case CCI-450 primers.

Smoked HIM!!

I am going back to TX in a couple of weeks for some more lessons...
