Jewell trigger query

Hi All. My BAT action and a new 6BR barrel is at the proof house in Birmingham in England.
I found out today that after they fired a proof round the trigger 'seized' and they could not fire another proofing round. The question is can a Jewell 2oz trigger be stripped down by a gunsmith or is it a sealed unit with limited adjustment? Any info appreciated.

I thought it had "floating" parts that had to be assembled by Jewell??? Anyway, I would first spread the sides of the housing. Sometimes when driving in the pins, the sides will get squeezed in and sieze up the top lever. You can just insert a large straight screwdriver, twist, and free everything up. Hope it works for you.

Jewell is pretty good about warranty work on their triggers but using a flat bladed screw driver on the side plates is likely to generate some conflict if you decide to send it to them for inspection and repair. You're gonna need another trigger anyway, regardless of how you deal with the current issue, while you wait for repairs so I'd suggest just replacing the trigger to finish the testing and move on.

Blanking primers while proofing isn't a good practice.

Remove the RH side plate from the trigger group.
Reposition the floating connector piece.
Reassemble.

No screw driver prying or hammers required!

Thanks for the input gentlemen. I collected my rifle from the Birmingham Proof House today and took it to my gunsmith. After checking it out the trigger would not work and appeared jammed. However after removing it and also checking the firing pin assembly, a very tiny piece of brass from the primer was found after blowing it out with compressed air. So the Jewell trigger is working perfectly thank goodness!
