What are the specs for the cartridge as loaded?

As far as I know it was commercially loaded by Jamison International who was working or associated with Cheytac at one point. Other than the weight of the bullet, I do not know anything else about the exact specifications. Online information claims velocities somewhere between 2850-3000 for the 419 gr.
