Indeed. I have some here already from another repair job. it is the original 15/24hr cure time, 4/6hr set time. Haven't seen the Devcon syringe anywhere local.Just make sure you use the regular, slowest curing JB, not the 5 minute. Also, Devcon plastic steel epoxy in the double syringe works.
JB works just fine, too. My last bedding job with MarinTex, I got a couple bubble pockets that showed up as I was cleaning up edges with a file, so I put the action back and filled them with Devcon. Worked great. You can see the two different colored epoxies here. I didn't bother with the one in the trigger pocket. Kinda like a pimple on your butt cheek, its annoying and only you know its there.Indeed. I have some here already from another repair job. it is the original 15/24hr cure time, 4/6hr set time. I now have time so I may just order more grey Marine-Tex. I have experience with that.
I started with JB. Worked fine. Went to Devcon 10110, worked fine but it will go bad in a year even in the refrigerator.Indeed. I have some here already from another repair job. it is the original 15/24hr cure time, 4/6hr set time. Haven't seen the Devcon syringe anywhere local.

yes, and it works greatHas anyone here used J-B Weld as a bedding material? Don't need other suggestions. I just have never used this before for bedding and looking for feedback on how well it works.
I thought they quit making that stuff.-------------
------------------ Johnsons Paste Wax works hands down the best for something easy to get at a local store.
I forget where I bought mine here locally (be it Ace or Walmart or???)I thought they quit making that stuff.
