From all I can determine, this is the best IBS or NBRSA 10-shot group ever shot at 1000 yards. Measured at 2.856 inches, this group by shooter Mike Gaizauskas works out to 0.2727 MOA. Nearly quarter-MOA for ten shots at 1K! Now that’s impressive. Shot 7/27/2016 in WV by IBS Heavy Gun.

Look at that vertical! Seven of 10 shots were in about 3/4" or so vertical... That's mind-blowing. That's well under 0.1 MOA vertical for those 7 shots!
The 2.856" group beats both existing IBS and NBRSA 1K 10-shot records -- by a lot. The group was shoot at Harry Jones range in West Virginia on 7/24/2016.
I am humbled looking at that. And no it wasn't a 6mm Dasher, it wasn't a 300 WSM. It was a 6.5x47 Lapua.
Here is the Harry Jones Memorial 1000 Yard Club Range -- as close to a "1K tunnel" as you'll see without a roof:
