Inletting for a Mcmillan

looking for advice here.

Sent an order form over to McMillan to have two kestros done up . I have Kauger BRii actions.

A women I spoke with said that they didn’t have the action in their programming. She said they are way behind, and it would probably take months to get someone to get it ready.

Found this really odd, that no one has sent them a Kauger BRii. But anyway.

They said they can offer a basic inlet.
Wondering if anyone can guide me to someone who can finish the inletting and pillar bedding on these stocks?

Lastly, I know this women isn’t stupid, but I might email them and ask if they have inletting for a BRi? I believe they are identical, except the BRii has the trigger hanger.

Thanks

St arbor customs is a business over there by the McMillan company. Doug worked for McMillan and they quit inletting many of the stocks. So he started doing them.

You the man, thank you! I’ll be giving him a call tomorrow. Just disappointed because for the price for McMillan to I let was fantastic, and now I’m sure I’m looking at extended wait times. Either way, better than nothing.

St Arbor does stocks in runs of one model of stock at a time. No more one offs. If you get lucky and he’s doing a run of that particular stock soon you’re in luck, if not you could be waiting awhile. Call him and he’ll give you an estimated time for when they expect to run that style of stock.

I also don’t see inletting options for the kestros on his website. I’ll call today and report back here.

I would be very wary of doing business with Saint Arbor Customs. He has had my Anschutz 54.18 repeater barreled action and the McMillan A5 stock I ordered through him for more than a year, but seems either unwilling or incapable of returning them to me, even though I have paid in full and even offered to pay for and send a return label.

At this point, I am considering all of my options in getting my property back, but I am not optimistic.

Edit update: Just got everything back from Doug. Looks awesome, can't wait to shoot it. Not sure what caused the delay in shipping after the work was completed, but at this point, I am very satisfied.
