Anyone heard from Ingenuity Precision on shipping dates? If you have received the new trickle would you please share date and order date?

I emailed him about a new ETA for the IP Powder Meter System to begin shipping.Anyone heard from Ingenuity Precision on shipping dates? If you have received the new trickle would you please share date and order date?
From what I saw in another thread and heard from Paul, looks like they will start shipping at the beginning of 2025.11 months to go?
yeah yeah. I am looking forward to using it but I'll get excited when I get the e-mail saying it's ready. From what I saw in another thread and heard from Paul, looks like they will start shipping at the beginning of 2025.
That made me laugh. Yeah, you and me both.yeah yeah. I am looking forward to using it but I'll get excited when I get the e-mail saying it's ready.
No ding at all on Paul, he's bit off a lot to chew given the interest and complexities of suppliers. That made me laugh. Yeah, you and me both.
100% agree. Im sure he's going to be so relieved when he starts getting these out the door. And you know they will be perfect. I was thinking November/December back when he was saying March but I think we are getting there. No ding at all on Paul, he's bit off a lot to chew given the interest and complexities of suppliers.
I just remembered the money pit and "two weeks" when thinking about all the dates along the way. Personally I never really thought we'd see it before now although I was surprised when he showed off the production version a while back. Scaling up for over 1k orders, that's a bit of work and getting them right will be well worth the wait.
Or having a thousand calls because things arent working correctly. For one, I think this one is worth the wait and I respect his approach. That being said I really really really want it now. Lol.Only thing worse than being behind shipping them out is having a bunch of them shipped back to him. Glad he is taking time to make sure they are right.
Ironically, we heard that same November ETA before...back before Black Friday...in 2023. Just saying.I emailed him about a new ETA for the IP Powder Meter System to begin shipping.
He said it was delayed by some machinery that wasn't working properly and the new estimate is to begin shipping in November.

Here's to hoping we get it in our hands by BF 2025, boys!
I want to be honest, though. I call BS on all these excuses. Instead, I think Paul brought it all in-house and delayed it a year and a half to maximize profits, while at the same time cheapening the build to achieve this.
Gone is the sexy acrylic shield, now having something that looks like my 12 year old printed in the garage; gone is the sexy hopper; now we have something or other that will have many of use ordering a sure-to-follow pyrex replacement. Are these the parts that couldn't be spec'd out and forced the acquisition of machinery ("that isn't working properly")? Or is it the 1987 10-key that's driving the delay? We already had the trickler itself perfectly manufactured, so perhaps the bushing in the $600 bulk dropper (is it more than the housing, the bushing, a knob, a couple of machined and electronic parts?) that couldn't be done professionally elsewhere because of Paul's exacting standards? I'm confused....not really.
It's obvious what's going on, but again, I get it and I can't fault him.
...and I understand the business of doing just this, but stop blowing smoke about the machinery and how no one on the planet can give us the quality Paul demands.![]()
I can confirm this as I am doing the same. Seems only parts missing are dropper and windscreen, I have a volumetric dropper so this works well for me till the other parts ship.Lol, you couldnt be farther from the truth.
Electronics are ready. If you have a pre-order you can call Paul and get your electronics and powder cup (and IP Trickler if you ordered/need one of those) right now. It will work perfectly and hint hint it even works with V3 thrower if you have one. Also, you can save your charge weights on the new electronics so you dont have to re-setup/tune every time you switch back and forth between powders like with the AT electronics...
Pauls waiting on parts from suppliers for the dropper and windscreen. Once he has those the rest will ship. I spoke to him yesterday.
I have the electronics and powder cup and IP (my second setup for my second scale) on the way, as I already have my first A&D/IP running...
Question - is the powder meter he sends the one that attaches to the system or the one he has in stock as a standalone?Lol, you couldnt be farther from the truth.

87% of us already have Adam's v2/v3/v4 and Paul's work of art, the IP trickler, so unsure why people are quoting me telling me we can get another one with some electronics to tide us over while we wait on the tacky shield since mid-2023. lol
So you're saying we have waited >18 months for a 3D printed shield that has changed since the first iteration? Again, the first shield design was sex, but it would have cost a little money, so Paul decided his "exacting standards" necessitated printing a tacky one that he designed in a day after people on the Hide complained a year and a half ago. Your stories aren't making any sense, guys.
I love the IP and gladly waited for the bulk dropper setup, still waiting without complaint, just reacting to all the apologists who think it's "exacting standards" and every other shop that can't produce things to spec for Paul, forcing him to buy a bunch of machines (that don't work, apparently) and that it's not a play to manufacture it all himself to maximize profits.
Again, I get it....would have done the same damn thing with more than $1.75 million in preorders. Hell, I'd blow smoke until I got the third CNC machine up and running, also...just reacting to the fake news and misinformation, that's all. No hate. lol
