In Need of a Shotgun Gunsmith

I’ve been having an issue with my Rem 11-87 super mag for the last few years and it’s time to get it repaired. There’s a small piece of metal in the trigger assembly at the rear of the carrier/bolt release button called the carrier latch that gets hung up sometimes when cycling the action and prevents the bolt from closing all the way. I’m looking for a well known and reputable Remington shotgun gunsmith. I don’t have anyone locally I can take it to. Any recommendations? Thank you.

There was issue's with some of the early ones. Send it back to Remington or a Remington repair service center, the best way to handle the problem.

Thanks. I called Remington and they said they won't work on it, it's not a warranty claim and since the 11-87 SM has been discontinued, they don't make parts for them anymore.
